The location was ideal and the staff was fabulously helpful and very supportive during the whole stay! My room included TV with satellite channels, a personal safe, and coffee/tea makers.

Excellent and absolutely perfect location not far from other facilities in town centre and many restaurant and shopping mall and restaurants and cafes, only 5 minutes walk from Edna Mall Addis Ababa. Also, near to everything. A safe box, multi-channel television and a refrigerator in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Good service and big bedrooms.

I recently had a fantastic Thanksgiving stay at a hotel in Addis Ababa. The two complementary facts that stood out to me were the extra blanket provided in my comfortable room and the shuttle service to and from the airport. Located in a prime spot, it was easy to walk to many restaurants, shops, and nightlife options. I was thrilled with the extremely welcoming and kind staff in the breakfast restaurant.

I did experience some noise at night due to the nearby bars and clubs, so I recommend bringing earplugs. the area outside of the hotel can be dodgy at times, so take care with belongings and stay aware of surroundings while walking.

The staff was amazing, they went above and beyond to assist me and always greeted me with a smile. the breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide range of options to choose from. the location was perfect for exploring the city, it was close to cafes, restaurants, and malls.

The construction noise in the daytime was a bit disruptive, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. the shower drainage was slow which was a minor inconvenience.

This hotel is a great find! its location in the upmarket Bole area is unbeatable. Secondly, the rooms are modern and spacious and come with excellent beds and basic amenities. Finally, the staff is friendly and attentive. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a nice variety of options.
